Buttercup Biscuits are so easy! You only need three ingredients and half an hour! Which I love... I don't have time to be slaving in the kitchen all day! Plus they're so moist and delicious you don't even need to butter them. Of course there are two sticks of butter in the mix anyway!
Dress them up for breakfast with honey or syrup, or put them alongside fried chicken for supper. You'll love these simple biscuits and use the recipe all the time!
2 sticks butter
1 (8oz) tub sour cream
2 cups self-rising flour
Mix butter and sour cream until well blended, add flour and mix. Roll into biscuit-shaped balls, or place in muffin cups (like I do!) and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until golden-brown.
